Day 1: Welcome to Cape Town – The Gateway to Adventure

Arrival: Arrive at Cape Town International Airport, where your South African journey begins.

Activities: Explore the V&A Waterfront’s culinary delights, watch the sunset over Table Bay, or relax at your hostel.

Stay: Private room at Never@Home award winning Hostel.

Day 2 & Day 3: Create Your Cape Town Adventure

Your Choice of Activities: Hike iconic trails, relax on white-sand beaches, or immerse yourself in Cape Town’s rich culture.

Optional Extras: Township tour, Big Five safari, or wine tour in the Cape Winelands.

Stay: Private room at Never@Home Hostel.

You will receive your personalized itinerary, complete with detailed joining instructions, after your pre-tour preparation video call and once all optional activities and bookings have been finalized.

Schedule a video call with our team to review your itinerary, discuss any preferences, and finalize the details of your Cape Town segment. We’ll then issue your detailed itinerary.

Online Pre-Tour Session: Join us a week before your departure to walk through the itinerary and ask any last-minute questions.

6. Visa and Travel Requirements

Visa Requirements for UK and US Citizens

• UK Citizens: No visa is required for visits to South Africa of up to 90 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your planned departure date and has at least two blank pages for entry stamps.

• US Citizens: No visa is required for visits of up to 90 days under similar passport requirements as above.

For other nationalities check South Africa’s official immigration website or consult with your local embassy for updates before traveling.

7. Travel Insurance

It is mandatory to arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or delays. Be sure to carry proof of insurance with you.
